Cancellation Policy

Please  plan to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise, a fee of 50% of your service price will be charged. For "no-shows," a fee of 75% of your service price will apply. We appreciate your understanding  and respect for our time. An invoice will be sent to you via email. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on the waitlist we are happy to waive the fee.

Return Policy

Botanical Beauty INC does not allow product returns, unless you have an allergic reaction. In this case, you will be offered an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. You have up to 14 days to contact me for a product exchange.
