Cancelation Policy

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 48 hours preceding your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation/no show the fee is $50.00. An invoice will be sent to you via email. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on the waitlist we are happy to waive the fee.

Return Policy

Botanical Beauty does not allow product returns, unless you have an allergic reaction. In this case, you will be offered an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. You have up to 14 days to contact me for a product exchange.
